Lee-Anne Nourse believes that we were not just designed to live a tedious, mediocre life. We are to enjoy everyday granted to us to the absolute full and radiate our splendor to those around us!! It is from this view on life that her make-up career unfolded.

People, places and adventure excites Lee-Anne, therefore she decided to explore the world after school. She travelled through UK and Europe where she had priceless experiences of beautiful places, fascinating people and delectable food (especially the gelato in Italy!!).

At the end of this journey, she was faced with the harsh reality of what to do back in South Africa. She searched intently for what would make her happiest in life, and discovered that make-up was it!
Back in South Africa, Lee-Anne enrolled at the Face to Face Make-up Design School where she gained 4 International qualifications in make-up and advanced prosthetics. Lee-Anne’s dedication and hard work led to her being chosen as Student of the Year in 2004. She was therefore invited back as a full time lecture, where she had the privilege to share her knowledge and advanced skills with her students.
Lee-Anne started in the industry as a make-up artist for a professional product range called PMU. They soon realised her potential and she was made Manager of two stores in Jhb. In 2006 PMU sponsored Strictly Come dancing, which was her first introduction into the TV industry.

Thereafter she joined the team at the SABC News Studios and a year later took a step in faith and started freelancing. The doors opened in a big way, and because of her high quality of work ethic, she gained herself a good reputation in the TV & magazine industry as well as amongst well-know photographers.
Lee-Anne enjoys the entertainment industry, as she is always surrounded by a variety of people and personalities as well as situations/scenarios to add to her book of memoirs. Her work includes: Miss SA Pageants, Idols, Top Billing, SA’s got Talent, Kwela, Proesstraat, Dis hoe dit is met Steve and 7de Laan to name but a few.
A big career Highlight was the Soccer World Cup 2010, where Lee-Anne worked for the International Sports Channel ESPN America.

Another exciting International production was a documentary on the 1976 Soweto Uprisings for the BBC.
Lee-Anne had the privilege of working with a wide variety of persons such as: Mr. Thabo Mbeki, Leanne Mannes, Ryk Neethling, The Springbok Rugby team, Leon Schuster, Christi & Nico Panagio, Jo-Anne Strauss, Parletones, Bobby van Jaarsveld, Heinz Winckler, Liesl de Toit, Juanita du Plessis, Rina Hugo, Nianell, Amanda Strydom, Retief Burger, Joe Niemand, JHB Gospel choir and many other amazing people that might not be known publicly, but added much value to her life.
Working with such a diverse group of people over the years, Lee-Anne concludes that it’s the splendor that comes from within that truly defines a person. Her heart is to encourage each person to live out the true beauty from within and she takes pleasure in using make-up as a tool to enhance and complete that beauty.
